ABOUT SALONA VILLAGE CITIZENS ASSOCIATION (SVCA)
SVCA is an organization of Salona Village owner-occupants created as a non-partisan mechanism to discuss matters of community interest and develop and promote a sense of community among the residents of the neighborhood.
Each owner-occupied household in Salona Village is eligible to become a member of the SVCA.
